I will be purchasing a new laptop soon, and I want to know whether or not the one below will suit my needs. I need to use this computer for lots of internet browsing and word processing, as well as lots of space for photos, music, and documents. As far as applications and software, I need to be able to run the basics, like MS Office and Internet Explorer, as well as Sims 3, and Better Homes and Gardens Architectural Designer. The different specs sort of confuse me, so I wanted to know whether or not the computer’s capability is up to snuff with the requirements for the software I use. The requirements are listed below:
Architectural Designer -
Windows XP/Vista
1.2 GHz processor
2 GB of available disk space
512 MB of Memory on XP
1 GB of Memory on Vista
DVD drive
Sims 3 - http://thesims3.ea.com/view/pages/feature6.jsp
This is the URL for the laptop I found:

Does it suit my needs? If there is anything that isn’t good about the computer, what is it? Are there any other laptops (cheaper than $800) that better fit my needs? Thanks so much!
