House #1. A town home in best neighborhood. or House #2. A single family home in good neighborhood. These 2 home are in similar size and price range. Both home are in same county but different city.We are a couple in 50′/60′ with no kids and no pets. Love gardening. Planning to stay for 10 years or more. Which is better value?
